Crumbum Cookies is committed to providing a seamless shipping experience for our customers. We offer reliable shipping methods, secure packaging, and transparent costs. Our goal is to ensure that your cookies and cakes arrive fresh and delectable to your doorstep.
At Crumbum Cookies, we prioritize customer satisfaction. We strive to make our shipping policy simple and clear, aiming to build trust and loyalty among our valued customers.

Shipping & Order Processing

CrumBum Cookies ships throughout the United States using FedEx, UPS or USPS as our third party shipping carriers.

Orders are only shipped nationwide, using FedEx, UPS, or USPS Monday through Thursday. We do not ship nationwide on Fridays or holidays.

Orders are not shipped over a weekend and are not delivered on Saturday, Sunday, Monday or on the following major holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
Nationwide Shipping Guarantee

Shipments can only be delivered to a street address within the 50 United States and Puerto Rico.

Shipments are not available to ship to US territories.

FedEx, nor UPS will not deliver to P.O. Boxes of Military Boxes.

CrumBum Cookies is not responsible for delays in delivery times due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Shipments that are returned or require rerouting due to incorrect addresses will be subject to additional charges for reshipment and/or relabeling from FedEx, UPS or USPS.

Shipping charges will not be refunded for late deliveries in the event the business is closed or if the recipient is not available to receive the package when delivered.

FedEx or UPS may require a signature for delivery at the discretion of the driver.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the contents of the package are stored in a refrigerator or freezer promptly after delivery.

Estimated delivery timelines do not take unexpected weather or operational delays into consideration, which may affect shipping and arrival dates.

CrumBum Cookies is not responsible for delays due to weather conditions or other natural causes beyond our control.

Weather and unforeseen circumstances can delay your shipment. We strongly recommend that you schedule your order to arrive at least 1 business day before your desired usage date to allow for any delays.

Since our cookie dough is perishable, we suggest you ship your order to an address where someone is available to receive it in a timely manner.
Guaranteed Freshness

When an order gets shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and your order will arrive no later than 2 business days.

All cookie dough shipments are sent in an insulated box with ice packs to ensure the quality and freshness of our products during transit. NOTE: The ice pack may no longer be frozen upon arrival, this is ok! Ice packs help the cookie dough stay cold during transit and may be thawed by the time your package arrives. Products not requiring refrigeration, such as baked cookies, cookie cakes, cakes, and cupcakes will not be sent with ice packs.
Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our products, CrumBum Cookies does not accept returns.

There are no returns or exchanges.

Circumstance Pending, CrumBum Cookies will issue a credit or re-order.
All sales are final.
Shipped Orders
Unfortunately, due to the nature of the product, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange on food.
If you have not received your product due to you having put the wrong or incomplete shipping address, then we cannot offer a refund or replacement.
If your item has had multiple attempted deliveries from the courier and you haven't collected it, and it gets returned, then we can't offer a refund or replacement.
If your item arrives faulty or incorrect, we require a photo of the defect to assess refund eligibility. Without a photo, we are unable to assess your claim. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Creative License For Baking
Each of our custom orders are handmade, meaning no two items will ever be exactly the same. Our web store shows all of the customizations we offer in terms of flavors, colors, and piping styles. Please note, as all of our cakes are made with buttercream, we are not always able to reproduce the exact shade/color of a previous cake. We will always use the same coloring, but this does not mean your cake will be identical to a previous cake using the same color. These are handmade products made to order and slight variations will always occur between two cakes.

Order Cancellations & Modifications
We understand plans change and are willing to accommodate changes to your order. However please note as changes require administration, there is a $10 admin fee for changes and/or cancellations. Within 7 days of collection, we are not able to accommodate changes to your order and have a strict no cancellations policy within this time frame. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot offer a refund or exchange once the items have shipped or picked up.
